Recipe for Chocolate Cornflakes

Having ITB Presentation tomorrow and I have yet to memorize what I'm suppose to say but I'm waiting for the files to load, so yeah a simple blog on how to make chocolate cornflakes. Thank you to Reena who taught me!
Ingredients : Chocolate and Cornflakes,
Yes you are right, "ONLY TWO OF THEM?!"

For maybe 12-16 of cornflakes it's around
  • 80g of chocolates
  • 1 normal serving bowl of cornflake
(it's up to you actually, if you want a lot of chocolate then put more, the measurements are very flexible)

Step 1 : Buy your favourite brand of chocolate and corn flakes
PS: They say dark chocolate is better but I used dairy milk, seems fine. It's better to buy corn flakes that are thicker, so it won't turn soft as easily.

Step 2 : Use double boil method to melt chocolate.
You should wait for the steam to come up before you cover it and melt the chocolate. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q2UGOZMd9qM This video should show you how.

You're looking for the liquid form of the chocolate.
By this time you'll be so tempted to eat the chocolate because it smells so damn good!
Step 3 : Pour cornflakes in a bowl and combine it together with the warm Chocolate.Use two spoons to mix them until all the cornflakes are coated with chocolate!

Step 4: Spoon the cornflakes and put it in paper wrappers like this!
this can be bought from SKP!

Step 5 : Leave it to air for an hour or until harden, then store it! consume within 3 days :D
PS : A faster method is that you can choose to put it in the freezer for 10 minutes but when you take it out, the chocolate will melt and all, causing the cornflakes to be soft luh!

End Product!

YEAH I received good reviews for the cornflakes though. :) Hope you enjoyed this!
