Recipe for Chocolate Chip Cookies

Probably one of the recipes that I'm proud of. BWAHAH.
Because personally I'm a great fan of Chocolate Chip Cookies and I love this recipe.

Ingredients
  • 125g butter, soften (if unsalted, add 1/4 teaspoon of salt)
  • 110g caster sugar (1/2 cup)
  • 90g brown sugar (1/3 cup)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (1 teaspoon if using natural vanilla extract)
  • 1 large egg (if not 2 normal eggs)
  • 100g self-raising flour (2/3cups)
  • 150g plain flour (1 cup)
  • 200g chocolate chip (actually don't need that much but haiya, just spam luh)
Steps.
1) Preheat oven to 180 Degrees Celsius

2) Use an electric mix, beat butter, caster sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract until pale and creamy

should turn out like this
3) Add egg and beat.
4) Add in plain and self-raising flour and chocolate chips in and beat

ps: by adding flour to the chocolate chips, it makes sure that the chocolate chips doesn't really sink into the bottom of the cookie! AND, try to mix it at low speed if not you'll end up crushing the chocolate chips

5) Bake for 13-15 minutes and cool for 3 minutes!
